About the Homeowners Association

The Estates at Forest Hills operates under a Homeowners Association, comprised of board members who are residents of the community, elected by the community. We are not managed by a third-party HOA management company. Board members, officers and committee members volunteer their time to ensure all residents have a vibrant, safe and enjoyable place to live.

Residents are required to pay HOA dues, either annually or quarterly, to cover the costs of maintaining the common areas, maintenance and repairs, social events and any capital improvements.
