About Our Community

Nestled in East Dallas about a mile from White Rock Lake, the Estates at Forest Hills is a small private gated community comprised of 66 traditional homes. Built in 2000 by David Weekley Homes, the community was known as the Enclave at Ash Creek up until 2012, when it was renamed The Estates at Forest Hills.

The neighborhood is an attractive oasis from the hustle and bustle of city life. On any given day, you'll be pleasantly greeted by the friendly residents who call the Estates at Forest Hills home.

Families bring their children to the private community park to play, and there are plenty of cook-outs, neighborhood events and social occasions throughout the year.

With plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment venues in the area, there is no shortage of things to do. From the Dallas Arboretum to Shakespeare in the Park, our neighborhood sits in the perfect area for easy access to all the great things Dallas has to offer.
